Ann Keane ran across Canada in 2002 (7831 kilometres in 143 days… almost one and a half marathons per day, and, in doing so, she inadvertantly set a new Guiness World Record (see powerofpeoplerun.com) This almost impossible feat was only completed because of Ann's wish to inspire people to, one by one, help make this 'world a better place'. Though, challenged beyond her limits, and almost physically dying a few times, Ann, driven by the desire to inspire, completed the run on September 8, 2002.
Now, Ann launches three of six new books. These stories, written and illustrated by Ann, through the lives of children and faeries, endeavor to rekindle our sense of magic and delight in this world. They celebrate the Power of each person to make our 'world a better place' by reminding us to live our lives in congruence with Truth, Love, and the Power of Self. They remind us of what is important in life.
